Shea Souffle’ (the unscented “Naked” version) is a single ingredient product, and is an excellent choice for people with very sensitive skin, allergies and depressed immune systems with overreactive skin. Shea butter is naturally antiimflammatory and has been used for calming some rashes (including chemotherapy-induced), eczema and psoriasis. Some of our customers have reported that the Naked Shea Souffle’ is the only product that helps heal thin, damaged skin after radiation during cancer treatment.

Our Shea Butter is handcrafted by a women’s cooperative in Togo, West Africa. These remarkable women gather the nuts from wild shea trees and create an incredibly high quality butter using traditional methods they have handed down over several hundred years. This group of strong, creative women have pulled themselves out of oppression and poverty and now make excellent wages, support their families and are sending children in their villages to universities on full scholarships. They are working to make their facilities and vehicles run exclusively on clean, sustainable energy. We are blessed with the opportunity to work with these amazing women!
